Counterpoint data not uploading to Customer Connect

Recently some changes were made to the NCR Integration Agent that caused data from Counterpoint to no longer upload to Customer Connect for some users. Please use the steps below to put the original files back in place and correct the issue if you notice that your Counterpoint data is not uploading to Customer Connect.
  1. Stop the Integration Agent service
    • Open Start Menu on Counterpoint server
    • Enter "services.msc" in the search box
    • Right click on Radiant Integration Agent service
    • Choose Stop in the context menu
  2. Download the CustomerConnect.zip file attached to the article below
  3. Extract the file to a folder on the Counterpoint server
  4. Navigate to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Radiant Systems\Integration Agent\Bin\CustomerConnect
  5. Copy the files "CPSQLAPI.dll", "CustomerConnect.xml", and "Radiant.Retail.CC.ServiceApplication.dll" to another folder on the Counterpoint server in order to preserve them
  6. Copy the files extracted from the CustomerConnect.zip file to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Radiant Systems\Integration Agent\Bin\CustomerConnect
  7. Restart the Integration Agent service
    • Open Start Menu on Counterpoint server
    • Enter "services.msc" in the search box
    • Right click on Radiant Integration Agent service
    • Choose Start in the context menu

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the Integration Agent service to start publishing Counterpoint data back up to Customer Connect.
