Javascript appears to be disabled message when posting a site link to Facebook

Summary:

When posting a link to an NRO site to Facebook, the description of the site shows the message "Javascript seems to be disabled in your browser..."

Solution:

Facebook uses the Default Description from the HTML Head section under System / Configuration / General section / Design to display the OG:Description information for posts. If this section is blank then the Javascript message will be displayed.

Once the Default Description information has been set, flush the Javascript / CSS Cache under System / Cache Management located at the bottom of the page:

Note that it may take a little while for Facebook to scrape the new data from the Default Description field and show that information on posts.
